Are the prices indicated per person or per apartment?
Prices are per apartment.
What does the price of the apartment include?
The price includes the corresponding amenities for each type of accommodation.
The tourist tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included in the price and will be added to the bill to be paid on departure.
I have a 3 year old child, does he/she pay too?
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when sharing bed with parents.
Do I have to pay an advance when I book?
At the time of booking you will be asked for a form of guarantee. You can leave your credit card details as a guarantee or pay a deposit by bank transfer or postal order. The balance of the stay will be paid upon your departure.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
Can I connect to the internet?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, you will receive the password upon check-in.
Is there a luggage room?
Thanks to your personal code, you will have complete autonomy and can enjoy the service from the morning of the arrival day until the evening of the departure day.
Are there times for the return?
No! Once you have checked in and received the digital key, you will have full freedom of movement, without time constraints.
To park the car?
We have an internal car park with video surveillance. Based on availability, it is possible to park in our parking lot or in the private garage.

Can I bring my dog with me?
Your 4-legged friend is welcome by us, paying an extra.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
We are sorry but our apartments are all non-smoking, but in each of them there is a large covered and habitable terrace.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be sent exclusively in writing via e-mail to
info@keyresidence.it. For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged. In case of no show (no show) the amount of the first night will be charged.
