Prices and Reservations

Prices are per room per night, VAT and services included.
The credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, the balance of the total amount will be paid at the reception.
The tourist tax of € 5.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, is not included and will be added to the apartment bill, to be paid in cash.

Arrivals and departures

Check-in is until 7:30 pm in presence (any late arrivals must be agreed with the reception);
Check-out is within 11:00 am

Cancellation policy and changes

Cancellations must be received only within 24 hours of the arrival date.
For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
In case of no show (no show) the amount of the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under the age of 3 stay free of charge (using cots).
Maximum capacity of extra beds is one.
