Check in and check out times
The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Check out from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and check in services is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. we ask you to agree with the Reception your arrival time.
The access to the apartment is available from 3 p.m.

The indicated rates are per person or per apartment?
The rates are per apartment.
What’s included in the apartment rate?

The Florence City Tax is € 4,90 per person, per night and it’s not included in the rate and it will be added to your bill and it should be paid only in cash upon departure.
I have a 3-year-old son, does he pay too?
All children under the age of 3 stays free of charge, sleeping with their parents.
Do I have to pay a deposit for my reservation?
Upon confirmation a guarantee for the booking is requested. It can be the details of your credit card or the prepayment of the first night through bank transfer.
The settlement is due upon departure.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
Can I connect to internet?
Yes, a free wireless connection is available everywhere. You will receive username and password when checking in.
Is there a storage room?
Yes, we have a free storage room available for your luggage upon arrival and departure.
Is there a curfew?
No! Upon arrival you will receive a key that will give you full autonomy and you will be free to come back at any time.
Where do I park my car?
No problem. We have a large CCTV controlled internal parking and a garage at the additional cost of € 12,00 per night.
If I arrive by train, how do I reach the residence?

Can I bring my dog?
Your pet is very welcome to us!
It could be necessary an extra cost.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
We are sorry but all our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Where available, it’s possible to smoke on the terraces.
How do I cancel my reservation?
All cancellations have to be communicated in written by e-mail to email@example.com
For postponed arrivals, anticipated departures or cancellations communicated less than 2 days in advance, the cost of the first night will be charged as a penalty. In case of no-show the cost of the first night will be charged.
